Safaricom Limited selects Eastra Solutions to deploy Data and Voice and manage business client’s networks

Safaricom, the largest mobile carrier in Kenya and East Africa, provides integrated data and voice communication solutions. Safaricom has rolled WiMAX and fibre to cover all 47 counties offering, broadband wireless services to enterprises, residential subscribers, community broadband initiatives, local government connectivity, and a multitude of other value added

Eastra solutions was engaged in Safaricom turnkey Network project to deploy high-speed broadband services using Alvarion equipment and fibre last mile solutions; Eastra solution teams of networks engineers and system integrator deploying broadband services to corporates and integrating MPLS and VPN WAN solutions. This is an ongoing project and to-date he has overseen the successful deployment of 10,000 clients Mugambi also oversees second level customer support for these corporate clients using ITIL ITSM framework
