JetLink Express a regional airline with its head office in Nairobi and serving East African Market

Eastra Solutions was awarded a contract to review IT strategy and identify gaps in priority areas, systems, infrastructure, business processes and vendor SLA.

Eastra Solutions rolled out a new corporate IT strategy. Introduced blade server infrastructure with fully redundant servers and Storage works arrays. Build windows 2008 AD platform with GPO & security policies. Migrated all core accounting, commercial & engineering applications to new platform .Centralized administration of all software deployments, antivirus and windows update. Strategy also involved Hardware life cycle management, Change control, Disaster recovery and Business continuity. All in accordance with ITIL best practice guidelines concerning IT service and infrastructure management.
