Digital Linkage/Eastra Solutions awarded a contract to deploy an Enterprise Document Management

Digital Linkage part of Eastra Solutions group of companies was awarded a contract to deployment an Enterprise Document Management system. The deployment involved the seamless integration of the Document management system to the Core ERP iPride that enabled the management of both structured and unstructured content.

The system enabled the electronic movement of invoices from outstations for payment in Nairobi HQ cutting turnaround time from 21 days to 4 days, saved costs associated with courier documents and opportunity costs, effectively by improving productivity, increasing efficiency and accelerating information flow. The project is still ongoing.
