Provision for consultancy services on formulation of ICT strategy for Kenya Airports Authority

Eastra Solutions was contracted by KPMG to assist carry out a review of KAA’s IT Infrastructure and on formulate an ICT strategy.

The scope of our work included:

Understand KAA’ immediate and long term strategic goals and develop a high-level IT vision, perform a situational analysis while benchmarking against industry best practice.

Design of an Enterprise architecture platform and mapping initiatives to ICT maturity framework.

Develop an implementation plan that shall provide a clear road map for developing an appropriate IT environment based on agreed maturity level and ROI analysis.
