• I&M Group PLC, formerly known as City Trust Limited (CTL) was incorporated on 16th August 1950 and is one of the oldest companies to list on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE). I&M Group PLC operates in five countries – Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda and Mauritius through its subsidiaries, affiliates and joint venture investments in each of these countries. 

   

   

  The scope of our work

  • Supply, installation, and maintenance of Network Monitoring Solution (to measure uptime and performance of various applications, databases and network devices/links, root cause analysis, customer experience, and presentation-NOC Views)
  • Provide an integrated monitoring solution that provided End-to-End visibility and Observability across I&M core line of business application Core Banking, Mobile Banking, Online banking and ATM services.
